Thank you for your interest in carrying Alexa Pulitzer products in your shop.

Our wholesale site can be accessed from our home page: www.alexapulitzer.com

Here wholesale clients can easily order (and reorder) products as well as download POS signage and other usable documents.

Setting up a New Account:

In order to access our Wholesale Collections site, we require new accounts to set up a secure login with a username and password. Please follow this link to create a new username and password: http://www.alexapulitzer.com/wholesale-registration

Set up a new wholesale account

Once you have set up your account login, you will be able to access wholesale pricing and styles, and you will be able to order directly from this site.

In order to complete your account setup, we also require that you email: sales@alexapulitzer.com and provide us with your State Tax Resale Certificate with Federal Tax ID Number

Placing a Wholesale Order:

Once your account has been approved, you may place your order by accessing the wholesale page with your account login. Please note that opening orders must be a minimum of $350.00, and we require a minimum of three (3) units per style ordered. You may purchase styles in any increments so long as you order at least three (3) units. The reorder minimum is $100.00. Reorders less than $100.00 will be accepted however a $12.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice.

There is an exception to the minimum quantity when ordering engraved or letterpress items, which may be ordered in quantities of two (2). Any questions in regards to ordering can be directed to the email above.

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an invoice that will include shipping costs. Our products are shipped via FedEx Ground for Domestic Orders and via FedEx International Economy for international orders.

Orders are subject to approval. Alexa Pulitzer LLC reserves the right to increase quantities to meet the minimum.

Payment/ Terms:

Payment is due by either a company check or credit card prior to orders being shipped. When you receive your invoice, Please respond to us to advise if you would like to pay by credit card, and our sales department will contact you by phone for the information.  A $25.00 fee will be added to each invoice being paid by bank wire transfer.

All sales final.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Products are not returnable unless proven defective or incorrectly shipped. Refusal of shipment will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Buyer’s shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale. Any other location or alternate sales channels, such as internet sales must be pre-approved by Alexa Pulitzer LLC. Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify Alexa Pulitzer LLC within 5 business days and we will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf. Claims / Issues must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
